On Jan. 14^th, 2017, the launch meeting of CCNM Operational Excellence Program (referred as “OEP”) was held in CCNM Chongqing. More than 100 people from CCNM headquarter, Chongqing facility and Jiangsu facility attended the meeting, hosted by Mr. Wu Mingsheng, Director of the quality department.

Mr. Chen Yong, GM of CCNM pointed out that the China domestic market is running slow at present and all the other blade manufacturers have turned towards the oversea markets for couple of years, which put CCNM into a severe situation. While at the same time, CCNM also have internal problems as low production efficiency, late delivery to customers and high operation cost etc.. CCNM must survive by improving its capabilities and managements, starting from the year 2017.

With the execution of OEP, CCNM is expected to improve the KPI system, management procedures, training programs, QC system and standardization to achieve higher operation efficiency.
